thanks for stopping by. Great to hear you benefit from Hooponopono. This is great technique to allow well being to flow in.
Subliminal messaging could be pretty powerful, yet it's a bit hard to quantify the effects of it. But as long as things are working for you - then it all that matters.
I am learning and practicing Abraham-Hicks techniques as well - they are more "emotionally" active.

Feel free to share more tips and good stuff.
