I have often wondered if the reason that people in 12-step programs never fully recover or become cured of their addictions, is because they keep affirming their name followed by "I an (alcoholic or whatever).

I shared the Ho'oponopono practice with the head librarian at my local library. Yesterday she told me she was exoeriencing phenomenal results.

She wants to take me to a Reike workshop or something. Anybody has any thoughts or knowledge regarding Reike.
