Default Abraham in Toronto, Sept 26 09

Attendee: I'm a drug user. I use hallucinogens. I find they give me an expansive experience that allows me to think outside the box.

Abe: Give us an example of one of these experience.

Attendee: This one time, I was in the forest. And I took some LSD. And now, I never want to leave the woods.

crowd laughs

Abe: Well, we're glad you left the woods to come see us.

laughter

--

Abe: Jerry, take note, this is the first time we are saying this. Healing NEVER happens outside the vortex.

--

re: The Swine Flu... Abe: That's CRAZY TALK! Crazy Talk! Crazy Talk! Crazy Talk! Crazy Talk!!!

--

Abe: Who did you pay for your body? Who paid for this planet that you live on? Who do you pay rent for this planet that you live on? Who has the deed to Earth?

--

Stop using the term money! We don't ever want to hear anyone use that term in your interaction with us again. You just use it to pinch of yourself from your well-being, and then you use it as your excuse to stay out of the vortex, and then you don't even remember what it is you want to get with the money.

This topic about money is all only ever about FREEDOM. You are picking up the stick of freedom, and you are either telling the story: I am free, I am empowered, I am the deliberate creator of my reality, and I create the reality that I WANT; or, you are telling the story that I am not free, I don't have any power, I can't have what I want.

--

Patience is a virtue you have to develop only when you are out of the vortex.

--

People usually read the Abraham money cards as a way to get get into the vortex, but Abraham suggested to read the money cards after you are in the vortex. That way, you can get used to the feeling.

I should of get to Toronto to meet Abraham & Co!
Will do it next time for sure.
To everyone who doesnt know - Abraham teachings is the most detailed, clear and concise explanation of Law of Attraction and Manifestation laws of the universe.
After watching so many DVD's with Esther presentations - i consider it the most valuable and practical resource for self-help and spiritual growth that even been made available to humanity.

I will be posting more about this.

Default yes, except

Hi Gleb!
Yes, I agree, the teachings are very powerful, and yet they are still missing one thing, like the others.... they do not teach HOW to feel good. And in fact, they often still say to use thoughts to feel good. Most people who are attached to the outside will find this very difficult because when the outside is "bad" and when feeling bad, trying to "implant" a good thought, it will feel difficult, bad, and false, like denial. The body-mind wants to feel congruent, for alignment of reality. Awakening Joy is the how to get into and stay in the "vortex."

I wholeheartedly agree with you on the point that feeling good is the paramount of digging out of the hole we put ourselves in.

That is - learning the art and skill of making ourselves feeling good is top prerequisite of success.
I even had this question to Abraham ready - "do we need a thought to move toward better feeling or going directly to feeling would do it as well?". I really practice it daily - with different variations of approaches.
Today I managed to heal myself out of bad headache - this was effort with thinking+feeling+imagination of good feeling. It felt to me like crushing the crust of badness and forcing good sensations + good emotions on top of my current bad feelings.
It worked - not right away - but it did.
This is quest against habits - and quest for being conscious. No matter how little effort is - it helps. The moment we forgot and move back to unconscious "negative" thinking/feeling habits - we get back to the hole.

What helps me to be conscious and faithful? Inspiration to practice and strong belief of goodness that comes out of it.

I think your work addresses this super important point of helping people to move from bad vibration to good vibration.

Default you are before thinking

---I even had this question to Abraham ready - "do we need a thought to move toward better feeling or going directly to feeling would do it as well?".

Recall that when I first learned we can do this, I did not do it with thought. It was a pure feeling shift. It took weeks for it to emerge as words, and only then so that I could communicate, point to it. I have readers writing me now telling me that they are often skipping the questions, the words, and just going into feeling. You are not your words (thoughts), you exist prior to all thought, and prior to all experience. That is how this is possible. But until you are there, use the tools you have (thought).

---Today I managed to heal myself out of bad headache - this was effort with thinking+feeling+imagination of good feeling. It felt to me like crushing the crust of badness and forcing good sensations + good emotions on top of my current bad feelings. It worked - not right away - but it did.

Well done in making the shift Gleb! The more you practice, the better you feel, the less suffering grips the body-mind, the more you practice not being thoughts and feelings, yet being the cause of them, the easier and faster shifts get.

Of this..."It felt to me like crushing the crust of badness and forcing good sensations + good emotions on top of my current bad feelings." I'd ask...

at the moment, was this a thought, or a feeling? My guess is both, and with that very "bad feeling" practice it IT, in the very moment and between your other practice. So, what did you want instead of crushing and forcing? And go into feeling the answer.

The mind will give you many objections in order to suffer. Do not believe any of them. The moment you feel bad, practice that moment. Feel into a better feeling, and if you need to dive deeper into each subsequent bad-feeling-thought, then do it. Until you come clean and peaceful out the other side.

--This is quest against habits - and quest for being conscious. No matter how little effort is - it helps. The moment we forgot and move back to unconscious "negative" thinking/feeling habits - we get back to the hole.

That's right!! Even a little bit of feeling better is STILL feeling better. And you'd be surprised how one apparent tiny step can transmute and translate into a massive leap. Keep moving in the right direction is what counts. .....Seek joy!

--What helps me to be conscious and faithful? Inspiration to practice and strong belief of goodness that comes out of it.

Sounds like seeing and accepting the reality of the fruit, over old mind that used to say "but, but, but" hahahaha. Indeed, believe your real experience over old suffering mind :-)

--I think your work addresses this super important point of helping people to move from bad vibration to good vibration.

Gleb

Thanks for lightening the load of the earth and its people Gleb!!!!

Thank you Cindy for your wisdom.
I was thinking about babies - after all they wake in the morning happy without necessity to climb the ladder of better feeling thoughts that culminate with better feeling feelings.
We are born with better feelings vibrating within us. It's just as we pushed ourselves to dirt - it takes conscious effort to get back to that babylike normal state.

I think bad feelings->better thoughts->better feelings pathway is necessary for people who forgot that they have a feelings and that their feelings are of any value.
For the ones who are ready that "better thoughts" part could be eliminated.
If you could fly over the river - why stay in the line to get on the ferry?

Direct access to feelings is such a gift. I found it so joyful to "ignite" good feelings that are followed by likeminded thoughts. And then feelings and then thoughts - like waves.

Default You are the source of it all

"Thank you Cindy for your wisdom.
...it takes conscious effort to get back to that babylike normal state."

Only because you have beliefs (like this one). Otherwise you have innocence, like a baby, and it's easy.

"I think bad feelings->better thoughts->better feelings pathway is necessary for people who forgot that they have a feelings and that their feelings are of any value."

Or who have beliefs like this.

"For the ones who are ready that "better thoughts" part could be eliminated.

Absolutely. This did not come to me as thought. It came as feeling. Thought was necessary to communicate to others, so they do it, feel it, know it.

"Direct access to feelings is such a gift. I found it so joyful to "ignite" good feelings that are followed by like-minded thoughts. And then feelings and then thoughts - like waves."

Yessssssss.

Enjoy yourself--it is all you ever do enjoy :-)

Default minute mind changer

"How about the course: "How to change your beliefs in 24 hours?""

How about in a minute?

Take:
"people who forgot that they have a feelings and that their feelings are of any value" or
"it takes conscious effort to get back to that babylike normal state"

How does that feel? (Good/Bad?)
What do you want instead?
Which would you rather think, feel, be, now?

Go into it now. Answer through, with, as, feeling.

When you are there, now what do you believe?
