The Law of Attraction and How to Master it
The History
The term Law of Attraction first originated in 1906 when author and publisher William Walker Atkinson released his new thought movement book: “Thought Vibration or the Law of Attraction in the Thought World” (Chicago, 1906). He also was brave enough to use the term “vibration” (scary enough word for any other author to use or understand back then). His work introduced the concepts of thought, energy, vibration and manifestation in a very thorough and detailed manner. He also was the first to explain the importance and power of Love to manifest desires (sometimes in rather humorous manner: “…so love but one thing at a time – don’t be a mental Mormon”).
In 1910 Wallace Delois Wattles published his famous book “The Science of Getting Rich”. Wallace D. Wattles expained the creative role of thought in the manifestation process and further elaborated over the universal role of energy as “stuff from which all things are made”. Wallace D. Wattles was the first to dedicate a sole chapter to the concept of Gratitude as a tool to support practitioner’s manifestation work. As he explained: ” the riches they receive will be in exact proportion to the definiteness of their vision, the fixity of their purpose, the steadiness of their faith, and the depth of their gratitude.”
Wattle D Wallace’ work preceded another popular work by Napoleon Hill “Think and Grow Rich”
In 1928 Napoleon Hill published his work “The Law of Success in 16 Lessons” which used the term Law of Attraction very frequently. The most famous work of Napoleon Hill is “Think and Grow Rich” book was first published in 1937 and later to become one of the world’s best selling book. “Think and Grow Rich” work was surrounded by a number of mysteries, such as promise of Napoleon Hill to disclose “real secret” to success which never was actually disclosed leading to miscellaneous speculations. Another interesting development on this subject was the channeled message from Abraham (The Teachings of Abraham, channeled by Ester Hicks) where the non-physical presence of Napoleon Hill disclosed that the word “vibration” had to be taken from the early publications of his book due to publisher’s fear that such term won’t be accepted, would prevent sales and was outright scary for most readers at the time.
Fast forward to 2006 when talented movie The Secret was taking over the world by storm and propelling The Law of Attraction to become a household discussion subject for tens of millions people worldwide. Rhonda Byrne shared that “The Science of Getting Rich” book by Wallace Wattles served as her inspiration for the film. The movie was sequenced as a series of interviews given by well-known authors, inspirations speakers, teachers and “visionaries” (although I found the term “visionary” a bit funny. What do you do for living? ‘I am visionary. And you?’).
The messages delivered by The Secret are loud and clear: Thoughts Create Things, and Positive Emotional Attitudes are helpful and necessary to manifest desires. Although the movie implies that those in position of power are hiding The Secret from masses, I found that masses “in poverty and not in power” are just not that interested in this subject to begin with.
One of the most significant sources of inspirational and informative materials on the subject of Law of Attraction are the works of Jerry and Esther Hicks. In 1986 Esther Hicks began channeling the messages from the group of non-physical beings that were given a name “Abraham”. While this experience was initially very shocking for Esther – the process attracted lots of interest from Jerry and soon, with Jerry’s support, Esther and Jerry began giving channeling workshops to ever growing groups of people. These works are summarized as “The Teachings of Abraham” and up until the present day (even after Jerry Hicks passed away in 2011) Esther continues to give the workshops and seminars where she channels the Abraham’s answers to any questions people are asking.
I was introduced to The Teachings of Abraham through “Ask and It Is Given” and some other books and the enlightenment quality and consistency of the message was very clear to me. I consider The Teachings of Abraham to be one the most helpful and practical guiding messages on the subject on manifestation of desires and The Law of Attraction.
The Concepts
After reading and practicing The Law of Attraction concepts for more that 15 years I can share the real secret as well as a number of the “missing secrets”, right here and without charging for it. I can authoritatively admit that while the Law of Attraction concepts are simple –
THE IS NO SINGLE PUBLICATION, BOOK OR MOVIE THAT LISTS ALL THESE CONCEPTS IN ONE PLACE OR
IN THE RIGHT ORDER.
Thoughts indeed create things and positive thinking is indeed necessary for manifestation of desires – although by themselves they are not enough.
The Secret movie spawned a number of opinions and reviews, both positive and negative. The flurry of negative opinions could be divided mostly in two parts:
- First: What about innocent children, victims and mass disasters (did these people attract the perils?). The answer to this question deserves a separate (to follow) article, although I think Abraham delivered the best answers on these type of questions.
- Second:
– I tried LOA and it didn’t work for me.
– I visualize, visualize, positively think and think, but where is my stuff?
#2 is directly related to the art of manifestation and for that reason I am going to elaborate on it in greater details.
Everything in our universe is energy – everything you see, feel, hear or otherwise perceive. Everything within and beyond our perceptions is energy as well. Everything. Energy always moves. The fact that you can see, hear or smell – means that energy moves and you are capable of tuning into it’s vibrational frequency.
Energy cannot stop and cannot disappear. It can only change it’s form. Energy always flows.
Our thoughts are energy. What we now see, feel and touch has only existed in the form of thought just a little while ago. As soon as you conceive and entertain a thought – any thought – it immediately flows into the endless universe and attracts like thoughts. They in turn attract material manifestations of the similar energies. Miserable thought manifest more misery, abundant thoughts adds more abundance to the creator of it and to the world around.
That which is like unto itself is drawn – is the major premise of the Law of Attraction. Like attracts like – and the only way to manifest new and improved version of the outer world is to change the vision within your inner world – your inner vibrations – your inner thoughts and, as a consequence – your inner emotional state.
So how would we go about manifesting the things we want? More abundance? More money? More creative energy our your lives? Your dream job or dream body condition or your dream soulmate or partner?
I found that simple car analogy works the best to explain not only the process itself but also the proper order of actions.
Here it goes:
Imagine you want to take your car and drive to your vacation destination. Some exciting place where you never been before.
So here’s what you’d want to do – and in this specific order:
- Decide where you want to go and prepare the road map: Set Intention and Make Decision to start moving toward it.
- Check your car – make sure it’s in good driving condition and there are no obstacles to movement: Get your mind ready for the trip.
- Release the breaks: Let go of Resistance.
- Keep driving according to your roadmap, never mind occasional stops or detours. Keep your destination in mind, keep driving and have fun along the way in expectation of arriving to the wonderful place where you never been before: Enter and Maintain the Desired State.
The Practice
I • Set Intention and Make Decision to start moving toward it.
This is very important, yet not a difficult step, but approach it with utmost respect and focusing. Let say you decided to achieve financial independence. You are making commitment to yourself to create a life of joy and freedom, a life of your own choosing. Not that you would like to try to maybe do something, but that you will do everything it takes to achieve that.
No matter whats your past or current situation – consider it a clean, fresh and exciting start. You’re about to start moving toward it just by making tiny, simple decision!
Feel free to feel as excited about it as if you just been told that the check is in the mail.
Very important part of this step – is to make your new intention to become the highest priority intention. Above and beyond anything else. This of course does not mean that you should stop attending your daily necessities but that VERY MUCH MEANS that before making meaningful choices in your daily active life – you’ll be ruthlessly asking yourself: will this help me to move toward my ultimate intention or will it distract me from that?
For example, before making a choice of food, activity or being focused on something that involve other people desires – keep asking yourself this question and making CONSCIOUS CHOICE, not default one driven by past habits. Of course if boss is asking you to attend the meeting – the choice is simple, but if during that meeting the boss decided to engage in worthless rhetorics – you could make a wiser choice to do some mental exercises that will help you to shift your state (see further) that matches your intention, not intention of your boss.
Some choices will be tough and driven by negative habits – like strong desire to take some junk food within a choice of healthy food or choosing to postpone to do some beneficial activity in favor of lengthy and worthless entertainment spree.
The important part here is not the choice you made, but your focused ability to ask yourself a conscious question and make a conscious choice, not losing yourself in robotic habitual reactions. Another important element here – is to align yourself with the choice taken REGARDLESS of actual choice. Whatever choice you’ll make – feel happy and not guilty about it, even if that choice was not the best available. If you absolutely feel the urge to take junk food lunch – do not feel guilty about it. Feel happy and enjoy it to the best of your ability. And then pat yourself in the back for three accomplished things:
- You remembered to asked yourself a question before making a choice.
- You answered this question.
- You did your best to “align” yourself with your choice, likely enjoyed it, and did not feel that guilty regardless of the choice taken.
The work here is consistent and CONSCIOUS AWARENESS of your big intention and ABILITY TO BE MORE ALERT instead of “fast asleep” with your eyes opened.
Notice that very soon you’ll start making more of a different, more “toward your intention” choices, instead of the ones driven by past habits. Do not push yourself to perfection of making only the right choices and punishing yourself with guilt by taking the wrong choices, but strive toward alertness and consciousness in your daily decisions in the view of your ultimate intention.
Please note – that it is usually better to keep your ultimate intention and your practices to yourself. You do not need other people’s opinions and extra distractions on your way to manifestation of your dream.
Practice:
In your daily life, before making reasonably meaningful steps (buying, eating, connecting, responding, acting), and before making any bigger choices (job, connections, partnerships) ask yourself these questions and follow steps:
- Will this help me to move toward my ultimate intention or will it distract me from that?
- Are there better choices available?
- Answer these questions.
- Make a choice.
- Align yourself with the choice taken: do your best to ignite positive feelings regarding your choice.
- Congratulate yourself for being conscious, and making positive effort to align yourself with the choice taken.
II • Get your mind ready for the trip.
This is a test (car condition check): stand in front of the mirror, look at yourself, your face. Now look close, right into your eyes and say: “I Love You …(your name)”.
How did it go? What did you feel?
Did you feel ease and inspiration? Or did you feel tension, stress or any negative feelings?
If that exercise didn’t flow easily and positively for you – or even worse (and more likely!) – you felt negative, depressed, angered, frustrated, disappointed, unwilling, resilient, etc. – you just found the most common cause for all personal miseries overlooked by pretty much most self improvement and personal development sources.
This is the LACK OF SELF LOVE.
If you’d ignore that fact and continue on with practices described in any other Law of Attraction source (meditation, visualization, imagination, feelings, etc…) – you’ll likely end up joining the army of people complaining that LOA does not exist or does not work. Without self-love – everything else will be manifested to match your non-loving inner state.
Lack of self-lack + visualization of money will bring you passed promotions at work, TV fragments showing other people winning lotteries and long lines at the bank for you to observe how others are happily depositing their lovely checks.
Lack of self-love + imagination of your ideal soulmate will manifest in a flurry connections with disrespectful and ignorant individuals. So that for the bad news.
The good news is that this inner glitch is easy to correct, although it will require persistence and regular maintenance exercise. This is not difficult, although like any other habit changing exercise, it will feel uncomfortable at first. Another piece of good news is that we do not need to delay main Law of Attraction practices as we can do them all together.
Self-love is not selfishness, ignorance or narcissism. It is your inherent sense of well-deserved self-worth, self-respect and self-confidence.
The exercise might not be easy especially if you had a life-long habit of being tough on yourself. Your subconscious mind on occasions will present you 100’s of excuses to skip it or avoid it – but be persistent!
Here we’re talking the power of Universe and, if you will, the Power of God working 100% on your side.
Practice:
Every morning and every night (good to do it after washing yourself) do these exercises:
- Stand in front of the mirror and look at yourself, deep in your eyes.
- While looking say out loud to yourself: “I Love you …(your name)”. Say it and do your best to feel love toward yourself. If love feelings are not coming or deeply negative emotions are surfacing – do your best to stay conscious, observe flowing emotional energy and letting it go. And then go back toward shifting your inner feelings onto the higher, more positive level. Strive for feelings of love.
Keep looking in your eyes and saying “I Love you …(your name)”. Pronouncing your name is important here. Keep steering your emotions toward approval, appreciation, gratitude, toward feelings of love. - Recall good things about yourself, things you did during the day and say to yourself:
“I Love how creative I was today” … “I love how easily I managed this part” … “I love ….. about myself”.
Keep feeling love and flow relevant thoughts easily, without pressure.
If no thoughts are coming just keep saying: “I Love you …(your name)” powered by feelings of love. - To complete this exercise look yourself deeply in your eyes and say the final time: “I Love you …(your name)” powered by feelings of love to the best of your abilities.
It is enough to this exercise for 5 minutes each time.
Bonus exercise: when you’ll have an opportunity during the day to look at yourself in the mirror (such as at traffic stops or in times visiting restroom for example) – do a few seconds of this exercise as well.
III • Let go of Resistance.
Resistance is one and the only reason most people are getting what they don’t want and not getting what they want in their lives. Absence of self-love that was taken care by the previous exercise is the biggest and fattest king of resistances of them all. So we dedicated a separate exercise to cultivating or rather re-awakening self love. With diligent practice this will automatically take care of multitude of problems as well.
What remains after that is inherited, often subconscious, automatic resistance to certain subjects such as money, health, events, subjects, people, etc.. This resistance will surface as sudden negative reaction felt on the emotional level. Resistance is caused by the resistant thoughts, such as “I am not good enough …”, “I won’t have enough money…”, “Someone else always gets what I deserve …”, “It’s unfair …” etc…
Resistance thoughts are essentially our inner energy blocks – they prevent energy flow.
There are two major ways to overcome resistance:
- Passive: Stop and eliminate resistant thoughts: Meditation practices.
- Active: Activate positive, allowing thoughts: The DreamCatcher’s Altitude Practice.
Passive approach: meditation:
Our universe is very cooperative and when you stop or at least make your resistance thoughts diminish – this will automatically cause energy flow to increase and your well-being level will rise.
Both passive and active approach works equally well and personal preference depends more on personality of practitioner.
The general approach toward successful meditation practice is to comfortably relax and consciously follow some sort of repetitive mundane pattern, usually breathing and related body sensations in a passive observer manner. Repetition of mantras or quiet soothing music makes for easier meditation.
Regular meditation practice serves as a good supplementary tool to freshen your inner energy.
Active approach: Altitude Practice:
Active approach to eliminate resistance involves proactive, conscious changes in your attitude (thoughts) toward everything around you.
“Altitude” stands for Appreciation + Love Attitude. I collected the best gems from the most valuable and practical spiritual guides and Law of Attraction books and teachings and boiled them down into simple practice that can be easily followed during the day and greatly helps to eliminate inner resistance to well-being.
On a way to eliminate resistance Abraham (The Teachings of Abraham) prefers pure positive thoughts (energy of appreciation and love) to no-thoughts (meditation).
Wallace D Wattles in his monumental “The Science of Getting Rich” book says:
The whole process of mental adjustment and atonement can be summed up in one word, gratitude… if your gratitude is strong and constant, the reaction in Formless Substance will be strong and continuous; the movement of the things you want will be always toward you.
Abraham says:
Love and appreciation are identical vibrations. It’s a vibration of alignment with who you are. It’s an absence of resistance. It’s an absence of everything that feels bad and presence of everything that feels good. The state of appreciation is me being in sync with the whole of who i am…
The secret to life is this: look for something to appreciate and practice it until it becomes easy and you will live happily ever after…
One of the very important notes made by Abraham (that no other source mentioned) is the vibrational difference between Gratitude and Appreciation. While Appreciation and Love are identical vibrations, Gratitude and Appreciation are not. Gratitude more often present within us when we got or achieved something as a result of a quest or struggle or “active striving toward”. Hence Gratitude might contain “traces” of that previous resistance and struggle, while appreciation and real unconditional love does not. Gratitude has a character of sticking toward specific subjects, objects or conditions, while appreciation has a wonderful tendency to spill all over everything.
Gratitude might have a flavor of “because…” [weather is good, car is running, my body feels well], while Appreciation can be more “uncaused” and keep being present without logical reason. Yet Gratitude is a wonderful “bridging” vibration toward yet higher Appreciation and Love vibrations and it is a good sign that the ultimate vibration of appreciation and love are well within reach. Once you’re into appreciation mode – the is no resistance within you and all your desires and dreams are on the finish line toward you.
Letting go of resistance practice is essentially daily alertness, openness and willingness to find more and more things to appreciate. No matter how busy you are – every day present countless “idle” moments that are perfect to practice and polish your appreciation skills.
Practice:
Lesson 1: Getting altitude. Recalling how appreciation feels like.
Pick one really lovely, easy-to-love person or easy-to-appreciate subject for you to think about. Better make it person (your child, loved one or any person who inspires you and is easy for you to appreciate). Alternatively choose anything else: your new shiny gadget or special place or any other object that makes you feel good about it. What’s important here is for you to recall and recognize the feelings of appreciation.
Shift attention inside and feel appreciation toward this person or object. Feel how it really feels inside you when you think about it. Sense the joy. Sense the growing energy inside you. Does it feel good to appreciate this person (or object)? Can you strengthen this feeling of appreciation, make it a little more intense? Just because you can? Imagine hugging, touching, feeling, holding, hearing, sensing it. Flex your other senses toward this person (object)! Can you feel your appreciation a little bit more? And a little bit more? Mentally utilizing other senses – will strengthen your feelings of appreciation and allow you to memorize and recall them easily later on.
Purpose here is to recall how appreciation feels and get ready to reignite the feeling of appreciation later on at will.
Note: you may substitute the word “appreciation” with the word “love” if that is easier for you, as vibrationally they are identical.
Lesson 2: Accelerating: Flexing your inner appreciation powers.
Pick one “neutral” or even “boring” object or person. That could be a distant salesperson in the local store you sometime visit. Or someone you saw around a few times but wouldn’t bother to communicate much with. Or something totally mundane like roadsign, or streetlight, or tree or pencil!
Can you look at or imagine this person or object and feel a bit more appreciation toward it? Think about such characteristics as helpfulness, usefulness, readiness, or design, color, shape. Anything that could help you trigger and then increase feelings of appreciation toward something that you absolutely wouldn’t bother to do it before.
Go back to Lesson 1, “grab a piece” of appreciation feelings, then return back to this step but carry this feeling toward this object.
Proceed in the same way – try to increase feeling of appreciation toward this object.
Repeat Lesson 2 with more “mundane” or boring objects.
Lesson 3: Flying high: Becoming appreciation warrior.
Pick one moderately “annoying” person or object that is still possible to appreciate. Think someone’s yelling child, telemarketer calling you at dinner time, or neighbor who wouldn’t clean after his dog next to your area.
Objects could be a squeaking door, blinking bulb, malfunctioning appliance or frequently ringing telephone. You got the idea. I am sure you have tons of things you’d rather see go away, but will always survive even if they won’t :) For me right now – is the loud speaking gentleman chatting to his clients in close proximity to me (I am at Starbucks right now). And I love him :)
But back to our business – quickly jump to Lesson 1, grab that appreciation feeling and bring it in here. Now you know the drill – rinse and repeat. Start feeling a bit of, and then more and more appreciation toward this annoying person or object. Just because you can. You are flexing your power of igniting appreciation at will, it has NOTHING to do with the object of appreciation, it’s behavior or qualities. Feel love even! Work on increasing it.
What you are doing with this is what ancient teachers and countless masters were talking about: you are reawakening the power of consciousness, power of forgiveness, powers of healing from within.
I just named it “releasing resistance” – but it is really powerful universal energy cleaning practice.
Daily practice: Melting resistance for good.
In your daily activities, during idle times (driving, waiting) look for people, things and situations to appreciate. Start replacing meaningless idle thinking and otherwise “boring” moments with extremely powerful, active, mindful ALTITUDE work. Now you have a good reason to appreciate long lines, heavy traffic and “waiting for …” moments!
Can you appreciate this person? This company? This building? These trees? This driver passing by? Start with quick and easy “targets” – helpful salesperson, courteous driver, nice weather, beautiful park. Then grab mundane targets and when feeling ready and frisky enough – appreciate more challenging people and objects.
Make it your daily practice. The more often you will remember to find something to appreciate – the less resistance will be present in your vibration and the faster and more often your manifested desires will be knocking your door!
Very optional: Lesson 4: Extreme Altitude.
If you feel really frisky and is ready to conquer the world – repeat Lesson 3 but with the person or persons whom you really hate. For some people this could be … themselves. Start with the easier (less hated) ones. If you’ll do this exercise and succeed – you’ll soon notice certain bodily ailments start disappearing from your body. Including the ones labeled by medical industry as “incurable”.
Make a list of things (persons, objects, events) you hate or feel negative about and diligently, one-by-one, starting with easier ones – consciously change your feelings toward them from whatever you currently feel to appreciation and love.
Checklist: Think about object you used to hate. Feel appreciation and love? Done. Next one…
Remember: You are not appreciating that “bad” person or “ugly” event for some possible “goodness”. You’re erasing YOUR inner energy block that prevents universal wellness energy to flow freely through you. It has nothing to do with that external person. It’s has everything to do with cleaning your inner energy. But to make it truly happen – you got to feel sincere appreciation for that ugly, worthless son of a … I mean being :)
This is the same as forgiveness, but described as a doable self-guided process in practical step by step terms.
Please note that Extreme Altitude is an advanced practice that will be described in more detailed in my future writings. Feel free to “play with it” and do not be upset if that prove to be too challenging.
IV • Enter and Maintain the Desired State.
If you want to be happy, be.
— Leo Tolstoy
So far I gave you rather long informative introduction to concepts somewhat not directly related to the law of attraction: subjects of self-love, elimination of resistance, practicing appreciation, love and related explanations and practices.
Many (if not most) Law of Attraction coaching and education materials skip these essentials completely and jump all-in into the juicy, “the secrety” part: visualizations, present affirmations, meditations, etc… That would be a sandcastle approach that wouldn’t withstand a slight wind. Hence so many dissapointments from sincere practitioners.
I start with establishing the strong foundation. In fact if you’d do all the steps described above and scrap the rest – this already be enough to shift your life around, gain more energy and steer your life to the better in all aspects!
And yet now you’ll be ready for the state where setting up a clear intention will have you aligned with it and ready to allow actual physical manifestations.
The actual Law of Attraction work can be described in one word: the “STATE”.
Your practical work now will be to enter the STATE matching your intention described in the very first “Set Intention …” part.
So, what is this state?
This is the INNER EMOTIONAL STATE you’d be in if your intention would already be completely manifested in your life.
If your intention if financial independence – what would be your inner emotional state? Likely sense of freedom, joy, relaxation, no rush, flowing joy, appreciation of past lessons of hardships and to the current nice surroundings.
If your intention is rewarding career – your emotional state would be the sense of joy by doing the work you really love, connectedness to likeminded people, inspiration, flow of creativity and joy to know that ample compensation is happily flowing into your bank account on a regular basis.
Answering the question from woman struggling and dreaming about having her first child, Abraham answered:
“You need to get emotional baby first!”
This is your work. Get your “emotional baby” first.
And this is an ultimate Catch 22 of the Law of Attraction: You want something because you know that you’ll feel good after obtaining it. But to get what you want – you’ll have to make yourself feel emotionally NOW as if you already have what you want. This will allow your dream to manifest.
Using our previous driving the car analogy: the way to resolve this catch is to dissolve as much inner resistance as possible first (releasing breaks) and then enter and be in the emotional state matching what you want (driving!). Without releasing breaks – you won’t be able to go anywhere. Although you can somewhat move in a hit-and-miss fashion if your imagination powered by emotions and desire is strong enough. That’s where scarce examples of semi-successful applications of The Law of Attraction are coming from. People get excited and start really pushing their imagination and meditation practices without clearing inner resistance first. If resistance is not big – they start getting somewhat nice occasional manifestations. But they also began finding out that to keep good things coming – they have to keep up the pressure with really intense, dedicated and often exhausting visualization practices, or goodness flow stops and things quickly revert to the old ways of being and old routines.
This is akin to driving the car with breaks on. Releasing the breaks first will make it easy to you to keep your car moving forward with very little and often joyful effort.
As you already have a guide on how to dissolve your resistance – the only thing left – is learning to enter and practice being in THE STATE. This will require regular daily practices.
Learning to enter the “already manifested” emotional state while everything outside shows you the proof to the contrary could be challenging at the beginning. It is also a very personal work where certain instructions might work for one, but not for another. So the best way to start is to go with general instructions and then play with your imagination and notice what works better for you.
Practice:
To practice the state – regular, 3 times a day, self-guided meditation sessions works the best. To do that:
- Find comfortable place where you won’t be disturbed for 10-20 minutes. You may sit or lay down and relax.
Best to have your eyes closed to minimize distractions and induce more bodily relaxation. - Slowly breathe in and breathe out 3 times and follow your breathing to relax further.
- Ignite in your mind the images of your desired manifestations, see your goal as already been accomplished. Live it. Feel how it feels when you are living your goal. Make your feeling stronger. See what you would do once your dream is already a reality.
- Here’s emotional checklist:
– What and how would you feel emotionally?
– What would you see?
– What would you touch?
– What would you hear?
Complete your meditation session by expressing gratitude for full manifestation of your desires.
Summary and Conclusion
That’s it for the practical introduction to mastering the amazing Law of Attraction. If you will diligently follow the steps described – you will start noticing your life quality will gradually improve and things will start going your way.
To summarize the teaching:
- Practice self-love exercise twice daily.
- Be in the state of appreciation as often as you could remember during your daily routine and idle moments.
- Practice being in the emotional state as if your desire already manifested. Make it regular three times a day practice to become more and more comfortable with imagery of your dream and feeling of your success!
